Register for Child Support Business Online Services
Child Support Business Online Services: Some employers and financial institutions are experiencing an error message when trying to log in. This is under urgent investigation. You may be able to log in by refreshing the page or trying again from a different computer. We will advise as soon as this issue is resolved.
As an employer, you can register for Child Support Business Online Services to make communicating with us more convenient.
Follow these steps to register:
- Call 131 272 and tell us that you want to register (have your employer or financial institution reference number handy when you call).
- We will ask you some questions to confirm your identity.
- We will give you a temporary password and advice about how to login.
- We will send you an email when your online account is active (you should not login until this is received).
When you receive your email:
- Go to Business and employers.
- Select 'Child Support', from the 'Sign in to...' drop down box at the top right.
- Then click on the 'Log on' button.
- Enter your Login ID: this is your Child Support Reference Number.
- Enter your temporary password.
- Agree to the terms and conditions.
- Enter and confirm your new password.
After following these steps your registration is complete. You can now start using Child Support Business Online Services.
