Radio Station user story - Small Business Superannuation Clearing House

The Clearing House has been really excellent to use, I've really enjoyed using it.
Flo FM is a radio network that goes across the Northern Territory, South Australia and the Melbourne mountains. It’s comprised of 20 radio stations, we have one central office in Kapunda and we do have separate offices for our sales reps who go out and sell our advertising products.
I'm paying super for ten people at the moment it's really good because I don't have to process ten cheques anymore, I just do it in one easy payment.
Before I signed up with the Small Business Clearing House I had to basically post cheques or do EFT payments and it was a really long process because you basically had to go through every book you had and check what everybody’s super fund was and then you had to post those cheques separately because each institution obviously has different amounts of super that they want you to pay and where they want you to pay it to and you can’t just go to one easy place. Whereas with the Super Clearing House I just go straight in and I pay those things straight away all under one name nice and easy and they do all the work for me which is excellent.
I have had a couple of problems with the clearing house I straightaway went and called the clearing house helpline, they have on their brochure, and basically went in and told me how to fix the problem straight away. I wasn’t left waiting on call waiting for ages which was fabulous because it’s always one of those fears that you sit and wait for ages to get help and straight away he answered my question and told me how to fix the problem and it was completely fixed within ten minutes which was excellent.
Keeping everything running is on like a tightrope so if I can save just thirty minutes out of my day then that's excellent for me and it's something that I don't have to worry about oh my goodness I don't have to set aside a whole afternoon to get this right. It's just a few minutes of my day and I'm done.
To other small businesses who aren't using the small business clearing house I would definitely say to get on board and start using it, it saves so much time.
