It is just such an efficient system it makes it such a fast process to actually pay all super for all staff members on pay day so it's a wonderful time saver.
Soccatoos is soccer activity and development program which is just for preschool aged children, girls and boys who are three to five years of age.
We have about a dozen up to 15 funds depending on which employees and depending on which month.
The Small Business Superannuation Clearing House has saved me an immense amount of time and I'm able to demonstrate very very quickly that I have paid all of my superannuation commitments for all of my staff almost immediately.
It was a nightmare we had paper everywhere and we used to have to log on to many many different computer fund systems and websites…every fund's website was different or alternatively every fund's form was different…and then storing all that paperwork I had to keep a copy of every form that I sent… and it was a terrible amount of work and wastage. So from so many different viewpoints the Small Business Superannuation Clearing House has made it a lot easier, a lot more efficient, great for the environment and it has been just a fantastic change for me. Instead of almost a day it's a matter of minutes.
It's one payment, just one, per contribution period and that's all that's required. It's one entry on your bank statement, one entry in your cash book and you've cleared all those items. Give it a try it is very very easy to use. Once you've populated your employees details and their fund details into the system is a matter of just putting in the amount you want to pay to that employee for each contribution and it’s as easy as that. It's all on one page, all employees are shown you can see your transaction histories are there, it's marvellous.
I like the independence of the Small Business Superannuation Clearing House. Every time I log in I am not getting a thousand messages flashing on my screen telling me about other superannuation product. I'm not interested in seeing all other products I just want to be able to pay those superannuation contributions and do that efficiently.
No small business has got any excuse for not making the superannuation contributions on time the clearing house just makes it so easy.
