It combines paid work with a structured training and development program. Apprentices are provided with a combination of work and study and will complete a nationally recognised qualification in Government at the Certificate III or IV level. Apprentices have the opportunity to work with, and learn from, people with diverse experience and skills.
Apprentices also have access to mentors, support networks of Indigenous staff including past and present apprentices and will be offered ongoing employment on successful completion of the program.
