Department of Human Services Enterprise Agreement 2011 - 2014

Following a favourable staff vote in December 2011, Fair Work Australia provided approval for the Department of Human Services Agreement 2011–2014 on Tuesday 20 December 2011.

The Department of Human Services Agreement 2011–2014 took effect on Tuesday 27 December 2011.

This Agreement covers staff within the Department of Human Services master programs: Child Support, Medicare, Centrelink and CRS Australia.

Medicare Australia (Medical Officers) Collective Agreement 2008-2011

Medical Officers within the Department of Human Services are not included in the Department of Human Services Enterprise Agreement 2011–2014 and will continue to be covered by the Medicare Australia (Medical Officers) Collective Agreement 2008–2011 until a new Agreement has been implemented for them.
