Centrelink online accounts and Express Plus Centrelink mobile apps will be unavailable from 8pm Saturday 2 August 2014 AEST to 6pm Sunday 3 August 2014 AEST due to scheduled maintenance.

We will let you know on the service available times page when Centrelink, Medicare or Child Support online accounts have scheduled maintenance.
Online service assistance
You can recover your username or reset your password by following the 'forgotten your username' or 'forgotten your password' links on the myGov sign in page.
Centrelink online accounts
If you have forgotten your password visit the reset your password page.
If you have forgotten your Customer Access Number (CAN), or temporary password, and haven't enrolled any secret questions and answers you will need to re-register for online service.

To access your Medicare account online, you need to sign in to myGov. For help, select 'Need help' in myGov.
