If you are studying full-time, planning to study full-time in the next 13 weeks, or undertaking a full-time apprenticeship or traineeship you should make your claim for payment online using Centrelink Online Services. You need to register to use Online services.

If you are unable to make your claim online contact Centrelink on 132 490 for students, 133 633 for Australian Apprentices or visit your local Service Centre to discuss.
