We have put in place special arrangements for some customers in the following regions who are affected by severe weather and flooding.
These temporary arrangements mean customers in the postcodes listed below who usually lodge their forms in person can do so over the phone if they can’t attend their local Centrelink Service Centre or Agent due to road closures.
New South Wales
These arrangements are in place up to and including Tuesday, 20 March 2012 and apply to residents in the following postcodes / locations:

Improvements to Medicare aged care paper payment statements
From November 2011, paper payment statements and claim forms will no longer be provided to services that have transmitted a full range of events electronically over a three month period.

Child Support online services is changing
In response to your feedback and a number of reviews CSA is extending the number of services that you will be able to complete online. In addition, we will be giving Child Support online services a new look and feel, and making it easier for you to use.
