Centrelink Multilingual Call

If you speak a language other than English, you can call Centrelink Multilingual Call to talk to someone in your own language about your situation.

Centrelink Multilingual Call lets you speak to a Centrelink staff member in your own language. If we are unable to speak your language, Centrelink staff will use a telephone interpreter service to assist you. Service in some languages is available by returning your call.

The phone number is 13 1202 and it is open between 8.00 am to 5.00 pm (local time) Monday to Friday.
