Centrelink Online Services

Centrelink Online Services provide a secure and convenient way to access a range of Centrelink services via the internet, so that you may not have to come in to an office or call.

When you register for Online Services, depending on the payments and services you receive and your access level you can do one or more of the following:

• claim a payment
• report your income (if eligible)
• apply for an Advance Payment
• print out an Income Statement
• check when you’ll be paid
• view online letters
• update or advise your details

You can register to use Centrelink Online Services either online, over the phone or in person. You can register at any time, even if you’re not already a Centrelink customer.
