There is a range of translated information available so people can read about Australian Government services and payments in their own language.
The Department of Human Services uses a variety of ways to communicate about its services and payments in languages other than English.
These can include:
- factsheets highlighting information on particular customer payments or services offered by the different agencies
- audio visual products in languages other than English
- articles in ethnic press
- radio broadcasts on SBS and community radio
- newsletters with information about customer payments and services.
