The Indigenous Access Program gives Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Australians better access to Medicare services. These services are important for improving the health of Indigenous Australians.
If you are an Aboriginal or a Torres Strait Islander Australian you can get better access to Medicare services to help with your health.
Medicare services include Medicare, the Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme, the Australian Organ Donor Register, the Australian Childhood Immunisation Register and other services.
The program provides:
