Using Express Plus mobile apps

To use an Express Plus mobile app you need to be registered for Centrelink Online Services (access level 3).

You do not even need to be a families customer, job seeker, student or senior to use an Express Plus mobile app. As long as you are registered for Centrelink Online Services (access level 3), you will be able to download and use any of the four Express Plus mobile apps.

Services available on Express Plus mobile apps

It is like having a service centre on your mobile device. You can use any Express Plus mobile app to:

  • update your contact details
  • subscribe to and view your online letters
  • view your payments and transaction history, and
  • capture and upload documents

You will also be able to do other things on your Express Plus mobile app which specifically relate to your circumstances.

For example, if you are receiving Family Tax Benefit, you can use an Express Plus mobile app to view, estimate and update your family income estimate. If you’re receiving Newstart, Parenting Payment or Youth Allowance, you can use an Express Plus mobile app to report your income or update your participation or study details.
