Interpreter and Translation Services
Customers can ask us to arrange an interpreter for any department business that needs to be done either face-to-face or on the phone. We provide interpreters at no cost. Our interpreters follow a code of ethics and all information discussed is treated confidentially.
We also provide a free translation service where necessary to support a claim. Bilingual staff may be available in some DHS Service Centres to help with your enquiries.
