Interpreter and Translation Services
You can ask for an interpreter at any service centre or call the multilingual phone service to speak to someone in your language.
Our interpreters follow a code of ethics. This means that the interpreter will not tell anyone else what you have discussed with them. In some service centres, there may be multilingual staff that speak your language and can help with your enquiries.
We will arrange to translate documents needed to help you make a claim for our payments and services for free.
