Our self service options are a quick and effective way to deal with us. You can use self service where it’s convenient to you, including at one of our service centres.
Online services and mobile apps
When you register for Online Services, you can manage some of your business with Centrelink, Medicare and Child Support at a time and place that suits you.

Centrelink Online Services - you can claim a range of payments, request and provide documents, report, view and update your details, receive online letters and submit documents to us.
Once you've registered for online services (access level 3) download an Express Plus mobile app - it's like having a service centre on your mobile device.

Medicare Online Services - lodge a Medicare claim, print your Medicare benefit tax statement, update and request some of your information and more.

Child Support Online Services - check when your payments are due, how much you'll get, your payment history and account information. Tell us about changes in care arrangements for your children, or changes in your income estimates.
With a myGov account your can access multiple Australian Government online services with a single username and password. Read more at myGov
Phone self service
You can do some of your Centrelink and Child Support business securely and conveniently using Phone Self Service.

Parents receiving child support can access information about their payments 24 hours a day.

Self service terminals at service centres
If you don’t have a computer at home you can visit one of our service centres, skip the queue and use our self service terminals. You can access online services for Medicare, Centrelink (including Centrelink Express) and Child Support.
Agents and access points
Our network of over 580 agents and access points provide a broad range of Centrelink and Medicare services in rural, regional and remote communities.
Downloading forms
There’s a range of printable claim forms that you can download, complete and return to us, as well as some electronic forms.
If you are unsure of the name or type of form you require then you should refer to the information about the payments or services you are interested in.
Updating your details
It is important that you tell us about changes in your circumstances, such as changes to your address. There are a number of options depending on which services you use.
Centrelink
You can tell us about changes in your circumstance using Centrelink Online Services.
If you receive an income support payment from Centrelink you are required to report changes in your circumstances. You should check the information about your payment to find out more.
Child Support
You can tell us about address changes using our online form Child Support change address form.
You can report other change using Child Support Online Services.
You need to tell us about changes to your circumstances as soon as possible to make sure your Child Support details and assessment are accurate. Read more about changes that affect your Child Support.
Medicare
You can tell us about changes in your circumstances, including updating most of the information on your Medicare card, using Medicare Online Services.
