Compliance and Development Branch
The Branch ensures service delivery implications are taken into account in the development and implementation of new policy across the Human Services agencies.
The Branch’s main responsibilities include:
- strategically reviewing fraud and compliance activity and developing a fraud and compliance strategy
- overseeing the implementation of the 2006–07 fraud and compliance measures
- participating in major forums ensuring service delivery issues are taken into account, particularly in the following areas:
- Health
- Education
- Immigration
- Youth and
- Veterans
- undertaking specific projects in service delivery and
- developing and maintain effective networks in other departments and agencies.
