Delivery Analysis Branch
The Branch focuses on the performance of Human Services agencies, the services provided and ways to improve business outcomes.
The Branch’s main responsibilities include:
- monitoring, analysing and developing strategies to improve service delivery of Human Services agencies
- contributing to the development and implementation of strategies to improve the way Human Services agencies communicate to and collect information from customers and the australian community
- developing and reporting on performance measures based on Ministerial priorities
- briefing the Secretary for regular meetings with agency heads
- monitoring and providing advice on Human Services agencies' governance issues, including board appointments, and
- providing advice on Australian National Audit Office reports impacting on Human Services agencies
