Financial Year Period 1 July 2007 to 30 June 2008 - Senate Order on Departmental and Agency Contracts Listing Relating to the Period 1 January to 30 June 2008
Pursuant to the Senate Order on departmental and agency contracts the following table sets out contracts entered into by the Department of Human Services (CRS Australia and the Child Support Agency contract lists are shown separately on this website) which provide for a consideration to the value of $100 000 or more and which
- have not been fully performed as at 30 June 2008, or
- which have been entered into during the 12 months prior to 30 June 2008.
Most of the contracts listed contain confidentiality provisions of a general nature that are designed to protect the confidential information of the parties that may be obtained or generated in carrying out the contract. The reasons for including such clauses include:
- ordinary commercial prudence that requires protection of trade secrets, proprietary information and the like, and/or
- protection of other Commonwealth material and personal information.

Purchasing
Goods Purchase Order - Terms and Conditions
When the Department of Human Services (DHS) purchases goods from suppliers, a Purchase Order will be issued. The Purchase Order provides details about the goods DHS wishes to purchase and includes such information as a description of the goods, price per unit, quantity ordered, GST payable, delivery date, and payment terms.
All goods purchased by DHS are subject to DHS Terms and Conditions. The Terms and Conditions do not accompany the Purchase Order but are available to download or by telephoning the contact officer indicated on the Purchase Order to have a copy mailed or faxed.
