Businesses, schools, educational organisations and peak bodies can make a complaint, give a compliment or offer a suggestion to help us improve our service.

If you’re a customer or health professional send your feedback or make a complaint using the specific options for you.

Centrelink

Use the online Centrelink Feedback form to send us feedback or make a complaint. You should:

  1. choose the Third Party Organisation option at Step 2
  2. enter your business, school or organisation as the Organisation name
  3. complete your details

Medicare

Use the online Medicare Feedback form to send us feedback or make a complaint. You should:

  1. choose the Third Party Organisation option at Step 2
  2. enter your business as the Organisation name
  3. complete your details
