Child Support Business Online Services

Known as CSAonline Business Services. A secure service providing employers with 15 employees or less an easier way to manage Child Support deductions

What you can do online

By registering employers can:

  • submit employee deductions
  • view previous pay date details sent in and use them as a record of the information you have already provided
  • view and print most Child Support letters
  • submit a general enquiry form to get in touch with us
  • complete a Confirmation of a Person’s Employment (EF1) form
  • tell us about any variation between the scheduled deduction and the actual amount deducted and the reason for those differences
  • send and receive secure electronic messages

Registering

As an employer, you can register for Child Support Business Online Services to make communicating with us more convenient.

Follow these steps to register:

  1. call 131 272 and tell us that you want to register (have your employer or financial institution reference number handy when you call)
  2. we will ask you some questions to confirm your identity
  3. we will give you a temporary password and advice about how to login
  4. we will send you an email when your online account is active (you should not login until this is received)

When you receive your email:

  1. go to Business and employers
  2. select 'Child Support', from the 'Sign in to...' drop down box at the top right
  3. then click on the 'Log on' button
  4. enter your Login ID - this is your Child Support Reference Number
  5. enter your temporary password
  6. agree to the terms and conditions
  7. enter and confirm your new password

After following these steps your registration is complete. You can now start using Child Support Business Online Services.
