Policy departments welcome suggestions from the public and they encourage people to contribute ideas about improvements to a department's policies, programs and services.

Department of Social Services

The Department of Social Services welcomes compliments, complaints and enquiries about policy and service issues.

The Department of Education welcomes and values comments about its services.

The Department of Employment welcomes and values client's comments about its services, or services arranged for others (such as Employment Services Providers).

The Department of Infrastructure and Regional Development has a Client Services Charter which outlines standards of service, the right and responsibilities of clients and avenues for feedback.
