myGov complaints and feedback

We value your feedback about myGov - making a complaint or offering a suggestion can help us improve our service.

Provide feedback or make a complaint about myGov by:

  • calling the myGov helpdesk
  • writing to us online using the Centrelink feedback form - if you don’t have a Centrelink Customer Reference Number, choose the Third Party Organisation option at Step 2, enter in myGov as the Organisation name and complete your details

Please make it clear that your feedback or complaint relates to myGov so we can direct it to the myGov team.

If your feedback is for a myGov member service, like the Australian Taxation Office, you should contact the service directly.
