Centrelink online accounts
Reporting using Centrelink online accounts or Express Plus Centrelink mobile app
You may notice that information you recorded in the Report Employment Income service prior to Tuesday 18 October 2016 is no longer visible in your Centrelink online account or Express Plus Centrelink mobile app. We still have access to the information and your Centrelink payment will not be impacted.
The information you cannot see includes:
- Receipts from the previous four reporting fortnights
- The list of your “favourite” employers (employers you have previously reported receiving income from)
- Any earnings entered for the current reporting fortnight, but not submitted before Tuesday 18 October 2016. This includes earnings entered into the timesheet feature in the Express Plus Centrelink mobile app.
You can still report your income using Centrelink online accounts or the Express Plus Centrelink mobile app. Please re-enter any earnings or employer information you need to for the current fortnight and report as usual. Any information entered from Tuesday 18 October 2016 onwards will be saved correctly. We apologise for any inconvenience.
Child Support online accounts
Due to a technical issue, some customers are not receiving some email notifications relating to their Child Support online account. This is under investigation. Please check your account regularly for any new secure messages or account actions. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
Notifications for online letters sent to myGov Inbox are unaffected and are still being sent.
Goulburn service arrangements
The Goulburn Service Centre at 136 Auburn St, Goulburn, is closed indefinitely due to fire damage.
Our alternative site is now open at:155 - 157 Auburn St

You can use the self service terminals in our service centres to access online accounts for Centrelink, Medicare, and Child Support.
