Advise Non-lodgement of Tax Return task in mobile apps
We no longer support the Express Plus Families, Seniors, Job Seekers and Students mobile apps. The Advise Non-lodgement of Tax Return task within these apps will not work.
If you select the task, you will be advised to download the Express Plus Centrelink mobile app. It is available in Google Play or the Apple App Store.
The task will only display in the Express Plus Centrelink mobile app if we need you to do something to balance your payments.
Child Support online accounts
Due to a technical issue, some customers are not receiving some email notifications relating to their Child Support online account. This is under investigation. Please check your account regularly for any new secure messages or account actions. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
Notifications for online letters sent to myGov Inbox are unaffected and are still being sent.
Goulburn service arrangements
The Goulburn Service Centre at 136 Auburn St, Goulburn, is closed indefinitely due to fire damage.
Our alternative site is now open at:155 - 157 Auburn St

You can use the self service terminals in our service centres to access online accounts for Centrelink, Medicare, and Child Support.
