Supporting People at Risk Income Management

Your payments can be income managed if an approved organisation refers you.

This is because they believe Income Management can help you and your family.

If you do not agree with their decision you need to contact them.

You’ll be income managed for 3 to 24 months. After that, the referring organisation will review your progress. Depending on the result, Income Management may continue.

What happens to your money

We’ll manage:

  • 70% of your payments, and
  • 100% of any advance and lump sum payments

The rest of your payments will be paid as usual.

You have the right to appeal any decision we make. Read about reviews and appeals.
