From 20 March 2017 Energy Supplement is changing

This change will only affect some customers.

Customers on income support payments aren’t affected.

The changes only apply if you get Family Tax Benefit (FTB) or hold a Commonwealth Seniors Health Card (CSHC).

How you’re affected depends on when you started getting the supplement and with which payment or card.
