Helping people with disability achieve their goals
Saturday 3 December 2016 is International Day of People with Disability, a day to break down disability barriers and celebrate abilities.
The theme is about how we can help remove barriers that stop people with disability reaching their goals.
We’ve partnered with Hewlett Packard Enterprise and Danish organisation, Specialisterne, to create the Dandelion Programme in Australia.
The program offers a 3 year traineeship to people on the Autism Spectrum to gain and use their skills in IT. It also helps them to grow more confident both socially and professionally.
We have 38 trainees working in our Adelaide, Brisbane and Canberra IT Hubs.
Watch a short video about the Dandelion Program on YouTube.
If you’re interested in knowing more about the Dandelion Programme and how it may help you, send an email to Specialisterne.
