We’re committed to bringing you relevant and timely news.
We want to make sure you’re kept up to date with all our news, so we’ve made some changes.
News for Seniors magazine will no longer be published, but we’ll continue to deliver news and information to you in other ways. This includes Facebook and Twitter, our website and letters. This means instead of getting a magazine from us twice a year, we’ll be able to bring you news more regularly.
We’ll be keeping News for older Australians up to date with information about our payments and services that could affect you or your family. Our website is print friendly. If you want a hard copy of any of the stories we publish, you can print them off at home, at your local library or anywhere where you can access a printer.
We are also working to make information on our website easier to understand. This will help you to find out all you need to know about our payments and services. On some pages you can choose bits of information that are of interest to you and create your own factsheet using our create your own brochure function.
We’ll also be actively engaging with you through our Seniors Update Facebook and Twitter accounts. These accounts are dedicated to servicing older Australians. We see this as a great opportunity for us to connect with you. We have a team who’ll answer your general questions on Facebook and Twitter in a timely manner. We also look forward to hearing your feedback and comments.
