Check payments using your Child Support online account
You can check your payments using your Child Support online account.
This guide provides a step by step process on how to check your next expected payment and your payment history using your Child Support online account.
Step 1: sign in
Once you have signed into myGov and selected your Child Support online account, you can view your next expected payment on your home page in Payments you receive.
Step 2: select menu item
You can also view your next payment by selecting Payments from the menu, then Next Payment.
Step 3: next payment
Details of your next expected payment will be displayed.
Step 4: select menu item
To view your payment history, select Payments from the menu, then Payment history.
Step 5: payment history
To commence your search, select Show search.
You can choose to search your payment history by manually entering a date range or you can choose a date range from the list provided.
To enter a date range to go Step 6.
To choose a date range go to Step 7.
Step 6: enter date range
Select Enter data range.
Enter the date you would like to search from and to.
You can type the date, or use the calendar icons to select the date.
Then select SEARCH.
The payments you have received will be displayed for the period of your search.
A message will be displayed if there are no payments for the date period you entered.
Step 7: choose date range
Select Choose date range.
You can then choose the date range from a list provided.
Select the arrow to display the date range options.
Then select SEARCH.
Any payments you have received for the period will be displayed.
A message will be displayed if there are no payments for the period of the search.
If you wish to begin a new search for a different period, repeat the instructions from Step 5.
Step 8: home
To return to your Child Support online account home page, select Home from the top of the menu.
Step 9: sign out
Once back on your home page, you can complete other transactions or you can return to your myGov account.
Remember, for your privacy and security, ensure that you sign out when you have finished using your myGov account.
