To access your Child Support account online, you will need to create a myGov account. With a myGov account you can access multiple Australian Government online services with one username and password.

When linking your myGov account to Child Support you'll be asked a set of questions, used for security purposes, based on information specific to your child support account.

It is important to read the terms and conditions carefully before you agree to them.

If you currently receive online letters from Centrelink or Child Support and create a myGov account with Inbox, your letters will be available in your myGov Inbox.

If you are an existing myGov customer, you need to sign in to your account, accept the new terms of use and set your Inbox alert preferences.

If you are creating a new myGov account you will receive your username and be asked to set your Inbox alert preferences.
