Have you registered for your PRODA account yet?

You now need a Provider Digital Access (PRODA) account to access Health Professional Online Services (HPOS).

PRODA also gives you access to the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) with more services coming soon.

PRODA is a secure authentication system that needs no additional hardware or software and is available to those who need access to these services. It uses a 2-step verification process and needs a username, password and verification code to log in.

It’s portable and lets you access online services using your individual PRODA account at any location.

If you don’t already have one register for a PRODA account now.

If you’re new to PRODA you’ll need to re-establish any delegations or favourites you set up when you first logged into HPOS using your PRODA account.

If you’re a Practice Incentive Program (PIP) or the Practice Nurse Incentive Program (PNIP) user you’ll need to have your PRODA account linked to your practice’s PIP profile. You can do this by contacting the Incentives program.
