Ordering PBS and RPBS stationery just got easier

Eligible prescribers can now email completed Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme (PBS) and Repatriation Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme (RPBS) stationery order forms to us.

All you need to do is complete a stationery order form and email it to PBS.Stationery.orders@humanservices.gov.au

Your order will be emailed to our contracted printer and delivered to your registered address.

Before you send your email order, make sure your form:

  • is typed and complete
  • includes your email address, we send you a dispatch notice and reference number to track your order, and
  • has your prescriber number in the email subject line

Alternatively, you can still send us completed order forms by post.

Your PBS stationery can be delivered to a PO Box if it is recorded as your preferred mailing address. You can also order certain PBS stationery products in a lower quantity.

You may need to call us on 132 290 to order certain PBS stationery such as PBS safety net entitlement cards.
