Health Professional Online Services (HPOS) is a fast and secure way for health professionals and administrators to do business with us.

You can now submit some forms online using the form upload function in HPOS. Read more about form upload in HPOS.

PRODA accounts should not be created by another person and login details should not be shared with anyone else. A PRODA account provides access to services based on the level of authority granted for you. Each person must create their own account using their personal and contact information in order for their identity to be verified when logging in.

HPOS access changes will not be affected until the web browser updates start taking effect from January 2017. If you are waiting for your PRODA account to be manually verified by us, you can continue to access HPOS using your PKI individual certificate.

If you use a Medicare Individual Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) certificate to access HPOS, internet browsing software changes affect you. Create a PRODA account now to maintain your access to HPOS.
The Australian Immunisation Register is a national register that records immunisations given to people of all ages in Australia. Make sure your software is updated to support these changes.
