Health Professional Online Services (HPOS) is a fast and secure way for health professionals and administrators to do business with us.

Some Provider Digital Access (PRODA) users may experience issues receiving their verification code via email. PRODA users can choose to have the verification code sent to the mobile phone number recorded on their account through the backup channel. This option is available on the verification code screen. This is under urgent investigation.
Email notifications issue - HPOS users who opt to receive email notifications immediately are currently not receiving notifications. This issue is under investigation. To ensure notifications are being received, users should opt to receive email notifications daily or weekly.

If you’re accessing HPOS using your new PRODA account, you need to re-establish your delegations and favourites in HPOS.

A new form upload function is now available in HPOS, letting you submit some forms to us online. Read more about form upload in HPOS.
