Webclaiming/Find a Patient - HPOS users who perform Find a Patient may receive the message *No Medicare Information Found due to a change in entitlement classification for New Zealand Citizens currently not recognised in HPOS. This will not affect the claiming function and Medicare Bulk Bill and Patient Webclaims will transmit to the Department as normal. This issue will be rectified shortly.
Email notifications issue - HPOS users who opt to receive email notifications immediately are currently not receiving notifications. This issue is under investigation. To ensure notifications are being received, users should opt to receive email notifications daily or weekly.

All new PRODA applications submitted to us are currently being processed as a matter of priority. If you are waiting for verification of your PRODA account, we will get in touch with you soon.

If you are accessing HPOS using your new PRODA account for the first time, you will need to re-establish your delegations and favourites. PIP and PNIP practices are required to update their new PRODA RA number with the department by contacting our Incentives Programs team.

It is important that you ensure your PRODA account is secure to maintain security of your personal information. PRODA accounts should not be created by or shared with another person. Each individual must also create their account using their own personal and contact information in order for their identity to be verified when logging in.
