Learn how to create and use a Provider Digital Access (PRODA) account to securely access specific government services.

Access to Health Professional Online Services (HPOS) and Provider Digital Access (PRODA) will be temporarily unavailable between 1:00 am and 2:00 am AEST Sunday 28 May 2017 due to scheduled maintenance.
Verification of some identity documents within Provider Digital Access (PRODA), may be unavailable between 11:00 pm AEST Saturday 27 May and 10:00 am AEST Sunday 28 May 2017 due to scheduled maintenance. You can still access your PRODA account, use it to access services and create an account but you may not be able to finalise your account by verifying your identity during this time.

You will now need to use your PRODA account to access HPOS. Register for a PRODA account below.

All new PRODA applications submitted to us are currently being processed as a matter of priority. If you are waiting for verification of your PRODA account, we will get in touch with you soon.

If you are accessing HPOS using your new PRODA account for the first time, you will need to re-establish your delegations and favourites. PIP and PNIP practices are required to update their new PRODA RA number with the department by contacting our Incentives Programs team.

It is important that you ensure your PRODA account is secure to maintain security of your personal information. PRODA accounts should not be created by or shared with another person. Each individual must also create their account using their own personal and contact information in order for their identity to be verified when logging in.
