Learn how to create and use a Provider Digital Access (PRODA) account to securely access specific government services.

The Australian Immunisation Register (AIR) will be temporarily unavailable due to system maintenance on Saturday 19 August 2017 from 10:30 am 12 noon AEST and Sunday 20 August 2017 from 10:30 am 12 noon AEST. Vaccination providers can log on to the AIR as normal outside these times.
Some Provider Digital Access (PRODA) users may experience issues receiving their verification code via email. PRODA users can choose to have the verification code sent to the mobile phone number recorded on their account through the backup channel. This option is available on the verification code screen. This is under urgent investigation.
Verifying identity documents within Provider Digital Access (PRODA) - If you experience difficulty after hours or on weekends this could be because the issuing agencies such as Births, Deaths and Marriages or the Department of Immigration and Border Protection are performing scheduled maintenance. Please try verifying a different document or re-try at another time.

You will now need to use your PRODA account to access HPOS. Register for a PRODA account below.

All new PRODA applications submitted to us are currently being processed as a matter of priority. If you are waiting for verification of your PRODA account, we will get in touch with you soon.

If you are accessing HPOS using your new PRODA account for the first time, you will need to re-establish your delegations and favourites. PIP and PNIP practices are required to update their new PRODA RA number with the department by contacting our Incentives Programs team.

It is important that you ensure your PRODA account is secure to maintain security of your personal information. PRODA accounts should not be created by or shared with another person. Each individual must also create their account using their own personal and contact information in order for their identity to be verified when logging in.
