Your PKI Individual Certificate may not work if you upgrade your operating system to Windows 10 Version 1511 OS Build 10586.3, Windows 10 Pro OS Build 10586.17 (released in November 2015) or to MacIntosh 10.11 OS X El Capitan. This is due to the current version of Safesign (3.0.76), supplied on the CD-ROM sent with your certificate, being incompatible with these operating systems. The third party provider of Safesign is currently working on providing a resolution and we hope to have this available soon.

Log on to the service using your Public Key Infrastructure certificate (PKI) to begin the assessment.

Make sure you insert your PKI security token before selecting the PKI log on option.
