Customer service changes

Sometimes there can be an interruption to our service delivery. This could be because of a natural disaster, public holiday or system maintenance.

Current notices

Centrelink online accounts and the Express Plus Centrelink mobile app will be unavailable from Friday evening 13 December AEDT to Saturday morning 14 December AEDT, and from Saturday evening 14 December AEDT to Sunday morning 15 December AEDT, due to maintenance.
Child Support online accounts and the Express Plus Child Support mobile app will be unavailable from Saturday morning to Saturday evening 14 December AEDT, and on Sunday morning 15 December AEDT, due to maintenance.

We’ll close on:

  • Wednesday 25 December 2019
  • Thursday 26 December 2019
  • Friday 27 December 2019
  • Wednesday 1 January 2020.

We close over the holiday period and we want to help you plan so you still get paid.

You can use the following phone self service options to access and update your information:

  • report income for Centrelink payments 133 276 (13 EARN)
  • Child Support Info Service 131 107.

Service centres

We have self service terminals in our service centres. You can use them to access your online accounts.
