Plan for your bills and manage your expenses by accessing your payment and deduction information online.
You can now find detailed information about your payments and deductions online. Your Deduction Statement shows your next regular payment, how much is being deducted and the amount remaining. It also shows other new and changed deductions you have planned to start at a later date.
Your statement might also include:
- participation penalty amounts and non-payment periods
- weekly payment amount (for customers receiving their payments weekly)
- urgent and advance repayment amounts
- debt repayments
- child support payments
- tax deductions
- amounts directed to your Income Management account
- government housing rent deductions as part of the Rent Deduction Scheme, and
- Centrepay deductions
You can view and print your Deduction Statement using the 'Request a Document' service by logging into myGov and selecting your Centrelink online account, or request your statement using phone self-service. If you can't access your online account, our service centre staff will be able to provide you with your Deduction Statement. It's a good idea to check your Deduction Statement regularly to track deductions and make sure your financial arrangements are correct.
