Unsubscribe from getting Centrelink letters online

You can unsubscribe from getting Centrelink letters online. We'll send letters to your postal address instead.

How to unsubscribe

Use your Centrelink online account to unsubscribe.

  1. Log on to your Centrelink online account.
  2. Select Electronic Messaging and Letters.
  3. Select Electronic Messaging and Letters Subscriptions.
  4. Select No next to myGov Inbox or Centrelink Online Letters – depending on which service you use.
  5. Select a reason for unsubscribing from the list, then select Continue.
  6. Review the changes. If they’re right, select Submit.

How to re-subscribe

If you want to get your letters online again, you can re-subscribe at any time.

Subscribe using the Electronic Messaging and Letters Subscriptions option in your Centrelink online account, or you can use the Subscribe option in the Express Plus Centrelink app.
