If you change your mobile number or email address, you need to tell us straight away.
You can do this:
- through the Express Plus Centrelink mobile app
- at a service centre, or
- by calling us on your regular payment line
Update your details online
To update your contact details online, sign in to your myGov account and select Account settings, then Update your details and follow the prompts.
You can also update your details using your Centrelink online account through myGov. To do this, follow the steps in our online guide.
Update your details in the app
- Sign in to the Express Plus Centrelink mobile app
- Choose My contact
- Put in the new details
