Interpreter and translation services

Interpreters

You can talk to someone in your language Monday to Friday between 8 am to 5 pm by calling:

Some of our service centres have bilingual staff who speak your language and can help with your enquiries. You can also ask for an interpreter at any service centre.

Our interpreters follow a code of ethics. This means they won’t tell anyone else what you’ve talked about.

If you are claiming one of our payments or services, we can translate documents you need for free.

Migrants, refugees and visitors

We provide a range of services to help support migrants and refugees and humanitarian entrants settle into life in Australia.
