  • If your details change, you need to let us know as soon as you can. This can include your name, address and bank details.

  • It’s any behaviour that is violent, threatening, controlling or intended to make you or your family feel scared and unsafe.
  • We have payments, counselling and other services to help people adjust after someone close to them has died.
  • We can help with the costs of seeing a doctor and getting medicines. Including support for families, children, Indigenous Australians, older Australians, and people living in remote areas.
  • Use your Parent Pack to finalise your pre-birth claim or submit your a new claim. You can also enrol your baby in Medicare and register their birth.
  • Other organisations can help you with counselling, financial and legal advice, and safety planning including staying safe online.
