Make sure your parents’ or guardians’ details are updated so your payment doesn’t stop.
If you got a letter from us asking your parents or guardians to update their income details, please remind them to do so by the date in your letter.
We need these details so you don’t lose your payment.
They can follow the instructions in the letter to do this:
- in their Centrelink online account through myGov, or
- using the Advise Parental Income service and the One Time Access Code in your letter
Your parents or guardians don’t need to do anything if you didn’t get a letter.
