From 1 July 2018, you may need to meet with an Employment Services Provider before you get your first payment.
If you need to meet with a provider, we’ll arrange the appointment for you. We’ll do this during your interview with us.
In most cases, your payment start date will be the date you go to your first provider appointment.
You’ll need to talk to your provider before your appointment to reschedule it, if you can’t make it.
Remember, changing your appointment means your payment start date may also change.
