To make your online account easier to use we’re making some changes.
You’ll notice a new design and layout that’s easier to use. Our new online system will also be smarter so we’ll only ask questions relevant to you.
The changes mean we’ll give you more details online about payments you made and received. You’ll also find a glossary with definitions of key terms.
You’ll be able to add and update an authorised representative online. This is someone you’ve nominated to enquire about child support on your behalf. They can also give us information about you.
You’ll now have access to upload documents using the Upload Documents feature online. This means you can quickly and securely send us documents about your family.
Some people have already moved to the new online accounts and have access to these improvements. Everyone else will transition soon. Remember, you don’t need to do anything, the transition will be automatic.
