Rural and remote customers now have better access to our services.
We’ve upgraded the internet service and installed new equipment at all of our 590 Agents and Access Points. We did this through one of our biggest ever technology rollouts.
You can now use our free public Wi-Fi to do business with us and download the myGov and Express Plus mobile apps. It’s available 24/7 so you don’t need to wait for the office to open.
Our computers make it easy for you to get online. And you can use our new printers to upload documents, print and photocopy.
New digital signs show information on our payments and services.
