Get your new look Centrelink app now

It’s here! Our new version of the Express Plus Centrelink mobile app is available now.

We’ve updated the home screen and added new features.

In the middle of the home screen you’ll find your:

  • payments
  • tasks
  • appointments summary, and
  • frequently used functions

There are new icons at the bottom of the home screen to give you:

  • an inbox for your Centrelink online letters
  • an assistant
  • quick access to your profile
  • a way to return to the home screen, and
  • more app services

If you need help while you use the app, select the question mark icon.

We’re also working on future updates to make other screens look more like the home screen.

The Express Plus Lite, Express Plus Medicare and Express Plus Child Support mobile apps haven’t changed.

We’ve made the background brighter so the start now and sign in buttons are easier to find. We’ve also added an office locator.

Your personal information is now in one place. To see it, select the new Profile button.

You now access your letters from Inbox at the bottom of the home screen.

From your home screen, you can select Assistant. The assistant can help you use the app. You can also ask the assistant about payments and services.

You’ll now see your last and next payment details. You can also select View payments to see more about your payments.

You can access your app use history, and read about privacy rules or the app terms and conditions in Settings.

Help

You can now get help with the app on every screen. To get help with your app, select the question mark icon.

Sign out

To exit the app you now sign out instead of logoff. To safely sign out of the app select the Settings icon and then select Sign out.
