Remind your parents or guardians to update their income details using the Advise Parental Income service and the One Time Access Code in the letter we sent you last month.
If you lost the letter, don’t stress. Get them to update their details in their Centrelink online account through myGov.
If your payment stopped, we’ll restore your payment if they update their details by 31 December.
