Need online support using myGov? You can now get help using myGov’s DA.
The DA can answer your common questions. This means you don't have to call the myGov helpdesk.
You can ask questions like:
- How do I create a myGov account?
- Can you help me link a service to my account?
- What do I do if I’ve locked or suspended my account?
To ask questions, go to the myGov website and click on Ask a question, in the bottom right of the screen. Type what you need help with.
