We don’t charge you for paper letters we send you, but some companies do.
You can save money by getting your mail from other companies online too. Depending on the company, you can get your mail either:
- by email
- sent to the online account you have with them.
If you can’t get your mail electronically, ask the company for an exemption from the fees. They may agree to send your bills and statements in the mail for free.

Check with the banks and companies you’re with and see if they charge to send you bills and statements.
