Review your income estimate for Child Care Subsidy to help us make sure you’re getting the right percentage.
We work out your Child Care Subsidy percentage using your family income estimate. Because of this, your estimate needs to be accurate and up to date.
If the amount you told us is too low, you may owe us money which you'll have to pay back. This will happen when we balance your payments against your actual income.
If you overestimate and don’t get enough subsidy, we’ll pay any outstanding amount directly to you. We’ll do this when we balance your payments after the end of the financial year.
Even if your estimate was correct when you gave it to us, things change. It’s important to regularly review your estimate, to make sure it’s up to date and includes all your income.
It’s easy to do and will only take a few minutes.
