Our Child Support enquiries line has changed

You no longer need to use your phone keypad to go through the menu. Simply talk and we’ll do the rest.

When you call our Child Support enquiries line, a friendly automated voice will ask what your call is about. All you need to do is answer and say what you want to do or what you need help with. We’ll direct you to the next step.

You can still speak to a Service Officer.

You can also use the Express Plus Child Support mobile app or your Child Support online account through myGov. Online self service options are often quicker than waiting in the telephone queue.

Use your Child Support online account 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Just create a myGov account and link your Child Support online account.
